1. Who is responsible?

The Monkey Dice bot and this dashboard are operated by the person named in the footer of this website. For any privacy questions, contact us on Discord (mxnkey_001) or via the email in the imprint.

2. What data do we store?

• Discord account data: your Discord user ID, username and avatar URL – stored when you log in to the dashboard with Discord.
• Community auto-join: with your permission ("Join servers for you") we add you to our community server discord.gg/monkeydice when you log in. You can leave it at any time.
• Server configuration: which channels/categories a server has configured for duels and leaderboards.
• Game data: bananas balance, duel wins/losses, streaks and crates of players on servers using the bot.
• Login activity: timestamp, username and whether a dashboard login attempt succeeded. We do not store IP addresses.

3. Why do we store it (legal basis)?

Data is processed exclusively to provide the bot's features (dice games, leaderboards, server configuration) – Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract/usage) and lit. f (legitimate interest in operating a stable service).

4. Where is it stored?

All data is stored in encrypted key-value storage via Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers KV). Hosting provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

5. How long do we keep it?

Game and configuration data is kept as long as the bot remains on a server. Login activity entries are cleared regularly. Session cookies are deleted when you log out; they are technically required for login and are not used for tracking.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data (Art. 15–17 GDPR). Just message us on Discord or write an email – we will delete your data promptly, no questions asked. Server owners can also remove all their data by removing the bot from their server and contacting us.
